Privacy policy

We only collect, process and use your data within the framework of the legal provisions. The legal provisions can be found in the Federal Data Protection Act (BDSG) and the Telemedia Act (TMG). As part of informing our customers about new products, etc., we only send you emails if you provide us with your email address. When using our websites, you remain anonymous as long as you do not voluntarily provide us with personal data. Data is collected about every access to the offer (so-called server log files). The access data includes: name of the website accessed, file, date and time of access, amount of data transferred, notification of successful access, browser type and version, the user's operating system, referrer URL (the previously visited page), IP address and the requesting provider. The log data is only used for statistical evaluations for the purpose of operating, securing and optimizing the offer. We will treat the data you provide as strictly confidential. We will not pass on any personal data without your express consent, unless we are legally obliged to do so. This privacy policy applies exclusively to the use of the websites we offer. It does not apply to the websites of other service providers to which we only refer via a link. It may happen that third-party content, such as videos from YouTube, maps from Google Maps, RSS feeds or graphics from other websites, are integrated within this online offer. This always requires that the providers of this content (hereinafter referred to as "third-party providers") perceive the IP address of the user. Without the IP address, they would not be able to send the content to the browser of the respective user. The IP address is therefore required to display this content. We endeavor to only use content whose respective providers only use the IP address to deliver the content. However, we have no influence on whether the third-party providers store the IP address, e.g. for statistical purposes. As far as we are aware of this, we will inform users about it. We would also like to point out that when data is transmitted over the Internet, it is always possible that third parties may view or falsify your data. If you request it, we will grant you access to the data stored about you or delete it. If you want to correct, delete or view data, all you need to do is write to the address provided in the imprint. Cookies are small files that make it possible to store specific, device-related information on the user's access device (PC, smartphone, etc.). This makes the websites more user-friendly and therefore more user-friendly (e.g. storing login data). It also makes it possible to statistically record data on website usage in order to improve the service. Users can influence the use of cookies. Most browsers have an option that restricts or completely prevents cookies from being stored. However, we would like to point out that the use and in particular the comfort of use are reduced without cookies.
